this machine's own printed Solenoid/Flasher table, no copy of which is currently retained, or a LibPinMAME trace against a legal jm_12r ROM observing whether public 19 pulses like a flasher or holds for the duration of a game; pinned core.h's WPC solenoid numbering puts the standard driver range at 1-28 and the game-on state at 29-31, and wpc.c records that a Fliptronic-or-later board has no game-on relay at all, so no WPC generation places one at 19.
