3 ROM sets resolve to this machine. Clones share the definition unless a hardware difference is listed.
PinMAME already reports logical active state. Do not invert again in the table — normally-closed is a physical fact recorded per switch, not a runtime transform.
A single aggregate GI channel — the whole string switches together.
Create balls on these switches so the ROM finds a full trough at boot.
Portable roles — the consuming engine maps them to its own input actions.
Where each address physically sits. The switch and lamp maps below show the electrical layout — this shows the same devices as the player sees them.

Hover a marker to identify it, or click to keep it selected. Numbered markers are several devices in one spot — clicking lists them.
Not on the playfield54 unused, 22 cabinet or service, 8 dip switch, 1 virtual — declared rather than missing.
Full semantic I/O, mechanisms, variants, wiring and recreation notes passed the completeness validator.
The addresses PinMAME reports as closed. Numbers are the public API values, not matrix hardware pins.
Sequential addresses, grouped in columns of eight.

Four steel balls occupy switches 18-21. Output 1 advances the rightmost ball through jam opto 22 toward shooter-lane switch 23. Switch 17 and dedicated detector 71 are not installed.
mechanism.shooter
Output 2 fires the auto plunger while the cabinet manual plunger remains functional. The Limited Edition adds top shooter-lane switch 50; Standard uses switch 23 only.

Switch 53 senses the bottom of the center lock and switch 46 the upper left-lock position. Output 3 raises the lock, while output 4 energizes the latch; when the latch releases, the two lock barriers drop together to release the held ball route.
mechanism.moving-mick
Outputs 18/19 move the target left/right across seven sensed stops. The proven table clamps travel to -27..+36 degrees: position 1/home at +34..36, 2 at +24..26, 3 at +14..16, 4 at +3..5, 5/park at -7..-6, 6 at -17..-15, and 7/away at -27..-25. All positions share dedicated hit switch 72; switches 33-39 report carriage position and must not fire on target impact. Lamps exist for positions 1-4 and 6-7 but not position 5.
mechanism.left-control-gate
Output 6 opens and closes the left control gate; there is no endpoint switch.
mechanism.flippers
Outputs 15/16 drive the lower left/right flippers. Public button/EOS pairs are 84/83 and 82/81, with normally-closed EOS contacts. The machine has no upper flippers.
mechanism.pop-bumpers
Left, right, and bottom pop output/switch pairs are 9/30, 10/31, and 11/32; lamps 60-62 are their LEDs and output 26 is their shared feature flasher.
mechanism.slingshots
Left and right slings use output/switch pairs 13/26 and 14/27.
mechanism.ramps-orbits-lanes
Switches 42/45 are the ramp exits, 44/48 the left/right orbits, 41 the passive left-orbit spinner, 43 the pop lane, and 6-9 the four band-member top lanes. The service location diagrams are authoritative for the unswitched ramp entrances and return geometry.
mechanism.targets
Mick bank switches are 1-3, the right bank is 10-12, STAR standups are 51/57/56, and ROCK STAR standups are 54/55. These are fixed standups, not resettable drop targets.
mechanism.optional-shaker
Output 8 is the optional 16 VAC shaker installation and may be absent from a stock machine.

This definition covers non-h drivers rsn_103, rsn_105, and rsn_110. PinMAME roots them under rsn_110h for software lineage, but they run the Standard physical playfield. IPDB identifies the Standard machine as 5668. The authenticated VPUniverse page for Balutito(MOD) 2.0 identifies ROM Name rsn_110h; it is explicitly disqualified as an exact Standard table and is not used for Standard geometry or bindings. The official Stern service chart governs physical inventory and wiring. The known-working LE VPX script is ground truth for public addresses and shared mechanism causality; its Premium-only devices are never projected onto Standard. Pinned PinMAME governs SAM serialization, SAM_NO_AUX, synthetic game-on 33, and the native 128x32 four-bit DMD.
The Standard trough contains four steel balls at switches 18-21 and a distinct downstream jam opto at switch 22. The official switch-location drawing establishes that physical SW22 position; the retained LE table/script has no SW22 object, so the Standard definition discloses its normalized point as a trough-region projection rather than copying SW21. It omits matrix switch 17, top shooter switch 50, dedicated magnetic detector D7/public 71, cabinet post buttons D13/D15, both magnets, all three up/down posts, and Premium bottom-arch output 29. Accordingly outputs 5, 7, 17, 29, 30, and 32 are explicit unused Standard channels. The manual calls the fuller service-chart variant “Premium”; that hardware corresponds to PinMAME's Limited Edition h drivers. Standard still uses moving target D8/public 72 and common Mick position switches 33-39.
Moving Mick is a physical traversing target with seven discrete sensors, not seven hit targets. Output 18 moves left and 19 right. The proven script clamps travel from -27 to +36 degrees and asserts one sensor only at each narrow stop: 33 home/right, then 34, 35, 36, 39 park, 37, and 38 away/left. All seven positions share dedicated hit switch 72. The collision body must move with Mick across sensed and unsensed transit zones. Six inserts correspond to positions 1-4 and 6-7; position 5/park deliberately has no lamp.
The center lock uses switch 53 at the bottom and switch 46 at the upper left-lock position. Output 3 raises the lock and output 4 holds/releases the latch barriers. Output 1 feeds the trough; output 2 auto-launches from switch 23 while retaining the manual plunger. Output 6 controls the left gate. Ramps exit at 42/45, orbits at 44/48, the passive left-orbit spinner pulses 41, pop lane is 43, and band-member top lanes are 6-9.
The two flippers are outputs 15/16 with public button/EOS pairs 84/83 and 82/81; EOS contacts are normally closed. Pops use output/switch pairs 9/30, 10/31, and 11/32. Slings use 13/26 and 14/27. Fixed target groups are Mick 1-3, right bank 10-12, STAR 51/57/56, and ROCK STAR 54/55. Q12 is physically unused, output 8 is the optional shaker, and output 24 is an optional 5 V coin meter. Lamps 1-53, 58, and 60-62 are used; 54-57, 59, and 63-80 are explicit unused addresses. Output flashers 20-23 and 25-28/31 are separate from matrix lamps.

The archived VPX was searched after both local table folders and before the authenticated web sources, retained externally, and extracted with vpxtool git:v0.33.3. It is explicitly LE-bound (rsn_110h), so its controller bindings and LE-only geometry are not promoted into this Standard definition.
The exact VPX centers are used only for hardware reconciled as common by the official Stern manual and the known-working script: target banks, lanes, ramps/orbits, spinner, pops, slings, flippers, center lock, controlled gate, common Mick travel, addressed inserts, and one assembly anchor for each named flasher circuit. The F25/F25a/F25pf, F27/F27a/F27pf, and F28/F28a/F28pf entries are synchronized render layers, not three physical sockets per circuit. The 40 retained GI emitters exclude VPX Light20 because that object shares the physical/object coordinate of matrix lamp 20; it is one physical device, not two sockets. The manual remains authoritative for Standard multiplicity and excludes the LE magnets, three up/down posts, fifth/ceramic ball, detector 71, top shooter switch 50, and LE-only cabinet controls.
The cabinet controls/meters/shaker, rear-panel flashers, unused channels, and DMD are explicit controlled non-playfield dispositions. The four trough ball-position contacts use the reviewed ordered trough geometry; SW22 is a distinct manual-backed trough-jam projection because the LE table/script has no SW22 object. The flipper EOS contacts use the accepted hidden-switch convention and are disclosed projections to their lower-flipper assemblies, while cabinet buttons 82/84 remain cabinet/service N/A. The shared Moving Mick hit switch carries seven endpoint placements because one physical sensor follows the moving target, and the seven position switches retain their individual detents. No Standard placement is inferred from LE-only hardware.

Every claim above traces to one of these. When they disagree: a known-working VPX script wins on controller addresses and causality, the manual wins on wiring and construction, pinned PinMAME wins on emulator routing and display layout.
